Okay...so the last post made me feel like world's biggest slacker...so I deleted it. Here they are, as promised like two weeks ago...pics of our not so newly painted livingroom. We still haven't had time to get the shelves and such up for more decoration, life is incredibly busy, so I guess "slacker" isn't really the right word. : )
Another beautiful Fall weekend, highs in the 80's which are drawing no complaints from me. Spent Friday nite in Ann Arbor partying like college kids again with my brother and sister. Rounds of beer pong, a late nite food run, and hoofing it around to some house parties. It was a blast to relive it if only for one nite. Saturday was the game, and it was HOT, so incredibly HOT. But fun to see a Michigan game this year. Had a cookout at the parent's house and picked up the pets before heading back to GR late last nite. Woke up this morning to an empty house, no roomies, just the pets to cuddle with and slowly wake up to. Gotta love lazy Sunday mornings. The rest of my day is devoted to homework and laundry and trying to play catch up on the school work due Monday and Tuesday as well as the following week. Since next weekend is State's homecoming Saturday and a possible birthday party for my Grandpa on Sunday...that weekend will be fun, but busy. Can't believe this semester is flying by so fast. Loving my students and all that I'm learning and can't wait to see where next Fall will find us! Life is good, family is awesome, and this weather is AMAZING! Adios mi amigos!
OOh...another side note...our wedding pics are up and available for ordering or viewing the whole batch if anyone is interested. The link has been up and running for a bit now, but again...just the process of getting it up and posted/e-mailed out...the e-mailing has yet to happen...anyhow, feel free to check it out if you want. :) Rex and Monica's Wedding Pics

I'm jealous of your partying like college kids in Ann Arbor, we miss the good 'ole days sometimes :) (Don't get me wrong, we are VERY happy w/the lifestyle change of a baby on the way)
