So yesterday, I was subbing, and the class was doing a reader's theatre of a play on Roberto Clemente the baseball player. A couple of the kids realllllly didn't want a part but got stuck with one anyhow since it was such a small class. So one kid, no joke, and I SO wish I had a video of this, decided in protest, he was going to read the part with an accent. No, not a Spanish accent like would make sense...but like Mario. As in the Mario from Super Mario Brothers...he kept it up for the whole play. I about died trying not to laugh every time he read...
